 About Me

   Welcome to my blog! I am Gideon Matthias, a Year 2 student from Singapore Polytechnic and I am currently taking the Diploma for Chemical Engineering. I am from class DCHE/FT/2B/02 and I am the leader of Team Enterprise! I will be documenting my journey in the CP5070 module: Chemical Product Design & Development (CPDD). 

I have 2 personal goals I wish to achieve by the end of this semester. 

1. I would like to improve my leadership skills and grow as a leader. In the previous semester, I will admit that I was not used to the role and would sometimes nearly miss out on deadlines and was unreliable. By the end of this semester I want to be relied on and able to foster good meetings with little to no arguments that may derail the meeting agenda. 
2. Second, I wish to improve on my skills on documentation. I am not good at reflections and how to document each of my thought processes. In the previous semester, it was easier to document on my group blog as it was a shared blog between all the group members and I could take reference from my group members. By the end of the semester, I would like my blog documentations for my lessons to be more clear and concise and able to convey my thought processes vividly to the reader. 

My group has 3 ground rules.

1. Stick to deadlines
2. Turn on Whatsapp notifications 
3. Be nice
